The Home Builders Association of Midland is an organization made up of builders, remodelors and other professionals associated with the building industry. We are affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders and the Michigan Homebuilders Association.

We represent the building industry for the mutual benefits of consumers, the community and our association.

We do this by:

1. providing industry information and education to our membership and the public;

2. participating in legislative issues at all levels of government;

3. balancing environmental concerns with the need for affordable housing;

4. promoting professional standards and ethical behaviors among our members;

5. providing service to our members.

Our goal is to continue to improve the building industry in order to benefit our community.
